  147.  Starting with release 15.01, the package will be send within 2 weeks
  148.  after the money is received. When cheques are used, they must be
  149.  cleared by the bank BEFORE I will start sending the package (this can
  150.  take up to 3 weeks, depending on the type of cheque). Eurocheques that
  151. │are valid (see later) do not have to be cleared first ! Also a slight
  152. │delay (in your favour) can occurr when I am finishing a new version.
  153. │In this case you will receive the newest version along with the key.

  156.  (1) Notes for (postal) money orders:

  158.  - Sometimes a postal money order will cost extra money, either at
  159.    your side or at my side. Add US$ 10,-- for the tranfer if this
  160.    is the case;

  163.  (2) Notes for euro/giro cheques:

  165.  - When you want to register this product and you are going to pay with
  166.    a so called EuroCheque than please do one of the following;
  167.  
  168.  - Calculate the amount of US $ into DUTCH currency (at the time of
  169.    this writing the US dollar will cost Hfl 1.75 in dutch money) and
  170.    write out the cheque in DUTCH (guldens/HFl) currency. Please check
  171.    out the local transfer rates for Dollars to Dutch money OR calculate
  172.    the amount of US $ into your OWN currency and write out the cheque
  173.    in your OWN currency;
  174.  
  175.  - When you are a non-USA customer, NEVER write an eurocheque in US$
  176.    currency, they will be returned to you because the tranfer from
  177.    US$ to local currency will cost more than a non-commercial
  178.    registration of MTA;
  179.  
  180.  - When you write out a Giro-cheque, always put the amount in LETTERS
  181.    on the back of the dutch giro-cheque (only DUTCH giro cheques are
  182.    allowed);
  183.  
  184.  - When you write out a Euro-cheque, always put the NUMBER on the back
  185.    of the cheque. When not supplied, I must return the cheque;
